I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Board of Directors, to thank you for your continued trust and patronage. As a credit union we are considered by our regulators to be effective at safeguarding our assets as well as being highly capitalized. These qualities provide us with the financial leverage to expand allowing us to provide you with the best possible financial services. Moreover, as we continue to improve our services we are honored to be part of our police family and support our officers, civilians, and their families.
Our future is one of continued growth and in so doing we negotiated with the Miami Police Benevolent Association (Miami PBA) to move our support offices to their new building. The action will keep our third floor footprint the same but with the added benefit that it will be remodeled to improve the quality of our services. At the new building we will also be able to handle all financial transaction and support our main branch which will continue being in the Miami Police Department. This move should be occurring in the near future and we are proud to partner with our Miami PBA.
Where will the United Police Federal Credit Union be in the next few years? We will continue servicing our main branch at the Miami Police Department, have our support offices and a branch at the Miami PBA, and we are programmed to expand into Broward County. I know many of us live in Broward and are looking forward to this expansion and we want to accommodate our members living there. We are very grateful for our members’ patronage and confidence and we will continue working for you by providing you the highest levels of financial services at the lowest possible costs.
